Heated main barn with 12’x12’ limestone base, matted stalls. Indoor wash racks with both hot and cold water. Cleaned twice daily with fresh shavings. Grain offered 2-3 times per day with unlimited hay. Smart Pak Supplements given daily.

Weather permitting daily turnout on grass and all-weather paddocks. Walking distance to Independence Grove Forest Preserve & Trails. One 80’x200’ heated indoor arena,, 30-acre separate field for riding, 1.8 acre Hunt Field, 2 outdoor arenas 150’x300’ & 80’x200’ with KCR footing. Arenas are dragged and watered daily.

Horses are appropriately blanketed for the seasons depending on the weather and the horses needs.
